At Creative Rize Media Productions, we believe in the power of video to tell captivating stories. We are seeking talented and creative students who are passionate about videography and editing to join our team as interns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of video editing software, have an eye for detail, and demonstrate dedication to producing high-quality content. As an intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience, working on a variety of projects that include commercials, branded content, interviews, and events.

This position follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring in-person meetings and on-site filming every Tuesday, with additional filming days scheduled as needed for specific projects. The editing portion can be done remotely, offering you flexibility and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality video content across various projects.

• Edit and produce polished videos, incorporating color correction, sound design, and motion graphics as required.

• Collaborate closely with the Director and team to bring creative visions to life.

• Maintain brand consistency and deliver compelling video storytelling.

Requirements:

• Proficiency or growing skillset in videography, including camera operation, lighting, and audio recording.

• Strong editing skills with experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar editing software.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, meeting project deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with team members.

• Access to personal laptop with industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar). If you don’t currently own the required software, please let us know.

• Creative storytelling ability and strong visual sense.

• Attention to detail and strong technical knowledge.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions.

Schedule & Compensation:

Project-Based: The workload will vary depending on company needs, with some periods having multiple projects, while others may require fewer hours. Flexibility is key!

Hybrid Schedule:

• Tuesdays: Required in-person on-site work

• Wednesdays: Weekly meetings

• Filming Days: Additional in-person days as needed per project

• Editing: Can be done remotely

Compensation: While this is an unpaid internship, we offer monetary rewards based on the complexity and workload of each project, along with a variety of additional benefits. These rewards will fluctuate depending on the specific requirements of each project. Interns who show exceptional skills, continuous growth, and significant contributions throughout their time with us will be considered for increased rewards as they progress.​​​
